We therefore urge you to ignore the hate mail and also not to take part in spreading the same, as it is a criminal offense, according to Kenya Laws , to circulate such mail.

Techman Solutions, a company formed and run by five IU Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems Students were the winners of the 1st IU Vice Chancellors Innovation Competition held this year. Techman Solutions is a company that seeks to provide the community with innovative web and mobile based search solutions for their lost documents like identity cards, certificates and the like. They offer convenient searching techniques of lost documents which are effective, efficient, and affordable whilst applying new age technology.

Friday 26th November 2010 was a joyous day filled with celebration as IU marked its 2nd graduation with over 700 graduands being conferred with degrees and diplomas. The theme of this year’s graduation was, “Creating youth enterprise opportunities through innovation” which is in line with the IU philosophy

IU Hosts Chase Bank Enablis Business Competition Top 100 Training Workshop

The annual Chase Bank Enablis Business LaunchPad Competition 2010 has entered its final week as the top 100 participants from various parts of Kenya came together at Inoorero University for a one week training workshop and judging to pick winners. The workshop which runs from 15th to 19th November and will culminate to a winner’s gala ceremony on the evening of 19th November.

IU DVC APD Receives Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) Warrior Award

It was all joy and jubilation as the IU Deputy Vice Chancellor; Administration, Planning and Development, Ms Wamuyu Kambo was presented with the prestigious MSK Warrior Award during the MSK Pre Gala Dinner held on Thursday 21st October 2010 and the Sarova Panafric Hotel.

The Warrior award is a prestigious award that is given to individual marketers and corporate companies who have done exemplary work thereby leaving a lasting impression in their respective fields and their impact felt greatly in society.
