IU MAY 2012 INTAKE IN PROGRESS

Inoorero University invites applicants for the May 2012 Intake .Classes begin on 7th May 2012.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate programmes: Applicants must have attained C+ and above
A non-refundable application fee: Kshs. 1,000. Application fee can be paid by banker’s cheque or deposited to the University Account on:
• Account Name: Inoorero University
• Bank: Family Bank
• Account Number: 069000007729

Diploma programmes: Applicants must have attained C plain.
Certificate programmes: Applicants must have attained D+.
NOTE: For Diploma and Certificate programmes a cash payment of Ksh 100 (non-refundable) to be paid through the Registrar’s office at Inoorero University.

To get admissions, bring the following:
• Originals and a copy of certificate
• 3 recent passport size photographs
• Copy of National ID card or birth Certificate
Application forms can be downloaded from http://apply.iu.ac.ke/. Duly complete and signed application form can be submitted to the office of the Registrar, ARS.

EDUCATION FINANCING
1. Family Bank Students Loan
Inoorero University (IU) in collaboration with Family Bank has established a Student Loan Scheme. This loan facility has been setup so that parents or sponsor can borrow money from Family Bank in order to pay fees or purchase a laptop at a discounted rate of 11% once they meet all bank requirements to access the loan. The loan facility is meant for parents and sponsors who wish to pay the full semester fees at the beginning of the semester or the full fees for the academic year.

2. Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
Inoorero University degree students can get loans from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB).

3. Micro Africa Education Loan
Micro Africa Limited (MAL) provides education loans to Inoorero University students to pay for their tuition fees.

How to reach Inoorero University
The University is located at the Junction of Limuru and Forest Road in Parklands. You can take Matatu route 11A, 106, 107 and 108 from the town centre.
